Copies of your personal current and prior year tax returns are available on our web portal for your access on a 24/7 basis. You may easily download copies of the returns and tax documents such as forms W-2 and provide them to your mortgage broker, banker or to others at your discretion. Due to federal regulation, we do not send copies of returns to any third party even at your personal request.

Q:I am using the

A: We have updated your client portal. Your new login name is your primary email
address. You can set up your password by
clicking on ?Forgot your password?? and following the steps provided.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Click on ?Forgot your password? on the login screen and
follow the steps provided.

address we have on file. Contact our office and we will make the necessary changes.

A: Yes. Every time
the green CAPTCHA box is shown, you must enter all of the letters and numbers exactly as typed. [HT7289 cannot be
entered as ht7289.]
Q: I can?t tell what the CAPTCHA letters are, can I change
them?
A: Yes. You can
refresh the CAPTCHA box by clicking the circular arrow box to the right of the
CAPTCHA box. If you have speakers on
your computer, you can also press the sound button below it to have the letters
read aloud to you.
Q: How do I upload documents to my portal?
A: Once logged into your portal, enter the Secure File
Exchange. Navigate to the folder where
you would like to upload your documents. There is an upload button located on the grey menu bar.
Q: Can I upload multiple documents at once to my web portal?
A: If you have a Windows operating system, you can download
an application that will allow you to upload multiple files at once. On the grey menu bar, click More. Choose Download Windows Application from the
drop down menu that appears.
Q: How do I download documents from the web portal?
A: Click on the document you would like to download. If it does not start downloading immediately, check the settings on your internet browser.
